"All  requests for information will be subject to a search fee of $AU15 an hour plus 50c for each page photocopied. Copies of photographs range from $AU5 to $AU10 each according to the quality required. As the release of information is subject to legal requirements, the applicant must give his/her name and postal address and state for what purpose the information will be used e.g. family history, publication of a book, tracing a relative or friend or some other like reason.

On receipt of the request, a reply will be given as soon as possible outlining the information available and the likely cost which will include postage and packaging fees of $AU5 for Australia and $AU10 for any other country in the World.

(Please ensure you include your return postal address with any request!)

If no information is available then no charge for the initial search will be made.   When a search is finalised an Invoice will be e-mailed to you and on receipt of your cheque or postal Money Order, your papers/photographs etc., will be forwarded.

The receipt of a request for information by you will be taken by us as an indication of your acceptance of the conditions outlined above."
